2 cups maida or plain flour or wheat flour for whole wheat kulcha
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder (avoid if making kulcha recipe with yeast)
¼ tsp baking soda
2 tsp oil
4 tsp black sesame seeds or til
½ tsp salt
¼ cup coriander leaves (finely chopped)
¼ cup Yogurt or curd
¾ cup water to knead the dough
